Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location, shipping method and the carrier's transportation network. The delivery times below are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed.

• Portugal and Spain* – 3 to 8 business days
• Azores and Madeira – 8 to 15 business days
• Rest of Europe* – 6 to 12 business days

*Estimated delivery times apply primarily to mainland destinations. Deliveries to islands, remote areas or locations requiring additional transportation arrangements may require additional transit time and may fall outside the estimated delivery times stated above.

For island destinations, delivery may involve additional transportation stages, including ferry or other sea connections, as well as local carrier networks. Any additional transit time resulting from these transportation arrangements, local logistics, carrier schedules or operational constraints is outside our control.

Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout or on our website are therefore estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery is subject to the carrier's routes, schedules and operational conditions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to certain islands, remote areas or locations where delivery cannot be provided under our standard shipping conditions. Where applicable, additional shipping costs or specific delivery conditions may apply to such destinations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, ferry or sea transportation schedules, adverse weather conditions, local delivery restrictions, customs procedures, strikes, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
