The Black Baron was JS’s first ever twin fin, born from Parko’s focus on pure surfing enjoyment after retiring from the World Tour. Now back by popular demand, the new version keeps all its strengths with key updates.
It features a subtle flyer for extra width through the middle and a slightly pulled-in swallow tail for flow and control. A slightly fuller nose with hidden volume under the chest increases paddle power and glide in weaker waves. The fin plugs are positioned further back, giving all the twin fin speed plus extra drive to maintain control.
The board retains its low to flat rocker, flat deck, low rails, and reverse vee for smooth rail-to-rail transitions. Perfect for beach breaks, points, or reefs, the Black Baron combines old-school speed with modern maneuverability, floating over soft sections yet ready for sharp turns or high-speed rail work.
